Both reports can be saved as a PDF — handy for sharing with a client or keeping on file.

Export the PDF

  1. Run the report for the date range you want — see Run a nutrition report or Run a meal report.
  2. Select Export PDF next to the date pickers. The button stays greyed out until the report has loaded, and shows a spinner while the file is prepared.
  3. The PDF downloads automatically, named after the profile, the report and the date range — for example sarah-jones-nutrition-report-20260201-20260207.pdf or sarah-jones-meal-report-20260201-20260207.pdf.

What the PDF contains

The PDF is an A4 document with the same content as the on-screen report. Each page carries the profile name and page number in the footer.

The nutrition report PDF holds the header with the profile's details, the Targets table (which always opens with the energy row), every nutrient section with its colour-coded bars and value tables, and the Macronutrient and Fat Ratio charts.

The meal report PDF holds the same tables you see on screen. It starts each day on a new page, and turns landscape when you choose more than five nutrients.

Print instead

You can also print the on-screen report directly from your browser (Ctrl+P, or Cmd+P on a Mac). The nutrition report includes print page breaks so its sections start cleanly on their own pages. Your browser's "Save as PDF" print option works too.
