The You tab is where your settings live. It shows your name and email at the top, then Profile, Pregnancy & lactation, Targets, Diary groups, My contributions, Sharing, Help, Privacy & terms and Account, with Sign out at the bottom.
Profile
Profile holds the details your targets are worked out from: name, sex, date of birth or age, height, weight and activity level. It also holds your Food database, Timezone, the Diary display metric shown beside each diary entry, and Energy units. Tap Save after changing anything.
Pregnancy & lactation lets you add a record with a type, for example Pregnancy — 2nd trimester or Lactation, and a start and end date. Your nutrient requirements change for those dates. Tap a record to edit or remove it.
Your plan
Account shows your current plan, for example Personal (free) or Professional, and when a trial ends or a cancellation takes effect.
Upgrading, changing plan and updating payment details are done on the website under Settings. See Billing. If you hold a paid subscription you can tap Cancel subscription here. You keep your plan until the end of the billing period, then move to Personal. Your diary is untouched.
Sign out
Tap Sign out at the bottom of You. Signing back in sends a new code to your email.
Delete your account
- Open You, then Account, then Delete account.
- The screen shows what will happen: all diary entries are deleted, and anyone you share with loses access.
- Type your email to confirm and tap Delete my account, then Delete.
You are signed out and receive a confirmation email. Your account and diary are permanently deleted after 30 days. Signing back in during those 30 days recovers everything.
Foods you suggested that were accepted into the database stay, with your name detached. Suggestions still under review are deleted.
If you own a Team workspace, transfer or cancel the team on the website before deleting your account.
